• Arrive 30 minutes before each service to prepare and ensure all areas are secure.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Assist guests with accessibility needs or general questions.

• Communicate any issues or needs to supervisors.

• Provide directions and assist guests in locating open seating.

• Monitor entrances, aisles, and seating areas to maintain order and safety.
