SALVATION
The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9–10:
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
If you’re ready to take that step of faith, this simple prayer can help you express what’s happening in your heart:
“Lord, I admit that I’m a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe you died and rose again for me. I receive your grace, and I ask you to come into my life as my Savior and Lord. From this day forward, help me live each day with you and for you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
WHAT’S NEXT
Your Crosspointe family is ready to walk with you as you begin your new life in Christ and baptism is the next step. It is a public way to show what God has done in your heart. We’d love to celebrate this moment with you.
BIBLE STUDY
The Bible is our guide for everyday life. 2 Timothy 3:16 reminds us that every verse is inspired by God, and Hebrews 4:12 says His Word is alive and powerful. Scripture shapes us, equips us for good works, and helps us face life’s battles. (See Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 3:17, and Ephesians 6:17.)

PRAYER
Prayer is simply a conversation with God. 1 John 5:14 reminds us that when we pray according to His will, He hears us — and He’s always ready to listen.
HOW TO PRAY
The Bible gives us a beautiful outline for prayer:
-
Start with praise and thanks. (Philippians 4:4; Matthew 6:9)
-
Share what’s on your heart. (Philippians 4:6; Matthew 6:11–13)
-
Trust God with your needs. (Philippians 4:7–8; Matthew 21:22)
WHAT’S NEXT
Here’s a simple way to begin:
“Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me. I believe You can do all things and want good for me.”
(Then, just talk to God about what’s on your heart — He’s ready to listen.)
